Terms and Conditions

(a)If a class is cancelled by Beswick Education Services, a full refund will be given. If you choose to cancel your place in a class, refunds are not available.

Shear Excellence Course Deposit and Payment Policy:

• Deposits for the Shear Excellence Course are non-refundable.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 21 days before the class starts.
• Failure to pay the remaining balance on time will result in the loss of your position in the class, and no refunds of payments made to date will be given. This policy is due to the short notice required to fill the vacated place and cover the cost of catering and other expenses.

(b) We do not offer refunds or cancellations; however, please contact us under the following conditions, and we will do our best to accommodate on a case-by-case basis:

(i) Transferring to another course may be available as a special consideration if requested 30 days before the class starts. An $100 admin fee is applicable. The transfer must be used for an existing course of the same value at the time of the requested transfer. A valid credit card number will be required to hold any spot within the transferred course. This enables us to hold your spot but will also be used in the event of a no-show at any course.

(ii) Substituting a person for a course is acceptable prior to course commencement and must be organised by the student who made the original booking.

(iii) If you do not show up to a course, there will be no transfer or refund.
